30-Day Returns
You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged tents within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at BecnelBridgette5651@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

• For non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping.

• For defective or incorrect items: KITH Outdoor will cover return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5–7 business days), a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used, assembled, or intentionally damaged tents (manufacturing defects excluded)

• Clearance or final sale items

• Gift cards

Warranty
KITH Outdoor tents come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us for warranty claims.
